By accessing or using the website at bowlinggreenconcretecontractor.com, requesting a quote, or engaging Bowling Green Concrete for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, estimate requestors, and customers. We may update them from time to time. The version posted on this page governs at the time of any transaction or engagement.
Bowling Green Concrete provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, foundation work, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps, parking lot construction, footings, and concrete cutting. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Bowling Green, KY and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to the availability of materials, weather conditions, and scheduling constraints. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates provided by Bowling Green Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the on-site visit. If site conditions differ materially from what was observed - such as hidden underground obstructions or soil conditions requiring additional preparation - the estimate may be revised before work begins.
Estimates do not constitute a contract. A separate written agreement or signed proposal will be provided before work starts on any paid project.
Prices may change due to fluctuations in material costs. If material prices change significantly between the estimate date and the scheduled start date, we will notify you in writing before proceeding.
Project scheduling is subject to weather, permit timelines, and crew availability. We will provide you with a projected start date and will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 5 business days in advance. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been pulled may result in a fee to cover actual costs incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the concrete pour or finishing. We will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
Payment terms will be specified in the written project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to secure a project on the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be stated in the agreement.
Final payment is due upon project completion and walkthrough. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under Kentucky law. In the event of non-payment, we reserve all legal remedies available under applicable law, including the right to file a mechanics lien on the property.
Bowling Green Concrete will obtain required building permits for applicable projects through the Bowling Green-Warren County Building Inspection office or other relevant local authority. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the project estimate or invoiced separately.
The customer is responsible for notifying us of any HOA restrictions, easements, or property-specific requirements that could affect the project design. We are not liable for costs arising from undisclosed restrictions.
Concrete is a natural material that is subject to cracking, settling, and surface variations. Minor cracking and surface variation are inherent to concrete and are not considered defects. We warrant that our work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the project and local climate conditions.
We do not warrant against cracking or surface wear resulting from conditions outside our control, including but not limited to: freeze-thaw cycles, ground movement, use of deicing salts, improper care after installation, or modifications made by others after project completion. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in the written project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bowling Green Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or from the use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific project.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Warren County, Kentucky.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
